Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
Yes we sure do. One of our expert advisors will visit your home and take the time to assess your leaking crack. It gives you the opportunity to ask questions as well as a learn how we will fix the crack - as well as how much it is going to cost.
How long is the waiting list to get the work done ?
Currently we are as of the end of September running about 5 business days out.
How are payments handled and dealt with?
Payment is only due when the work is complete on crack repairs. We take etransfer, cash and checks for payments.
What is Your Guarantee on the work you do ?
Our work is guaranteed by a true lifetime warranty on the work and is full transferable. While most companies call their work lifetime - when you read the small print it's really only 25 years and many companies in the industry only offer a ten year protection promise if you sell your house.
What Makes Crack Stop different then other crack repair companies ?
There are several reasons that makes our crack repair system unique in its design. Our process opens the crack up and cleans it out - and then using a proprietary system of injecting a sealing compound in the crack - we actually bond the concrete back together ( as opposed to just filling it with caulking or patching it with a band-aid surface repair ). The result is that the section we repair is as strong if not stronger than the original concrete was and ensures water can never penetrate the area again.
Why is internal crack repair better than external repairs ?
Fixing the crack from the inside when done properly is far superior to an external repair because it fills and seals the crack permanently rather than just putting a membrane to block water from getting into the crack which still exists after the exterior repair is completed. Using our system - the crack is fully sealed and the wall is bonded back together.
